Services are provided on a fee for service basis. The fee for psychotherapy services is $120.00 per 50 minute session and is pre-paid.
Insurance
If you plan to utilize insurance reimbursement for my services, I would be considered an out-of-network provider.
Most insurance companies will reimburse for 50-80% of my fees as part of their out-of-network coverage. Please call your provider to determine how much they will cover for my services. You can also check your policy’s behavioral or mental health out-of-network section.
I will complete the necessary documentation you will need to submit to your insurance company,once this has been provided to me.
